Below is a list of the key benefits associated with our Hosted IP PBX Telephony solution:

Auto Attendant
This is a personalised greeting service that prompts people who call to enter a number to be transffered to a department or person.
Example: "Welcome to..(your company).. please press 1 for sales....2 for support...3 for product enquiries... or press 4 to speak to a representative"

DDls (Direct Dial In)
Calls can be routed to individual extensions or departments via sophisticated queuing systems.

Flexible Call Routing
Calls can originate and terminate via VolP or PSTN, depending on whether integration with existing PSTN circuits is required.

Hunt Groups
These are a set group of phones that will ring if either 1 number is called or has been dirveted by an Auto Attendant for example. They can be easily configured via the administration web page.

Operator Display
An optional web based display panel can be used, which provides receptionists with visual call progress indication.

Out of hours messaging service
Change incoming call routing depending on the time of day.

Call from Outlook
This package allows you to integrate your phone with outlook to make and recieve calls.

ACD Queues

The advanced ACD queing system allows you to easily create queues, allowing you to assign music on hold or annoncements whilst people are waiting.

Call Recording
All calls made and recieved can be recorded either constantly or on demand. Our call recording allows you to easilly access and listen to historical calls via a secure web page.

Ring Stratagies
Easily configure in which order your phones ring, for example:
Ring All - Ring all assigned phones
Round Robin - Ring phones in succession, one after the other
Least Recent - The phone with the longest wait time
Fewest Calls - The phone that has taken the least calls
Random - Randomly distribute calls
Round Robin Memory - Remember where you left off from the last Round Robin

Agent Statistics
As part of the vast reporting capabilities, you can also get full details on individual agent statistics, such as:
Number of calls
Calls per minute
Call percentage
Talk time
Idle time session time
Number of hangups

Wide selection of handsets
IP handsets which support the industry standard SIP protocol. Existing analogue handsets can also be integrated with an adaptor.

Enhanced handset features
Take advantage of handset features such as Call Forwarding, Recording and web-based dialling.

Intuitive, easy to use features
Most handsets have a web-based interface making configuration and provisioning extremely straightforward.

Softphone
Our VoIP solution can also be used with a software based telephone, which runs on a PC or Laptop and can be integrated with other desktop applications such as Outlook.
